微软正式宣布以75亿美元收购GitHub
6月4日报道，微软正式宣布以75亿美元的价格收购GitHub，此次收购也是微软首席执行官萨蒂亚-纳德拉（Satya Nadella）上任以来继两年前斥资262亿美元收购领英后的第二大规模收购，GitHub在2015年时的最新估值为20亿美元。
